Responsibilities & Tasks:

1.      Develop and maintain the Quality Management System. To ensure that all quality systems, procedures and policies are followed.

2.      Day to day management of Production and Quality Personnel in order to achieve the target for production / quality and volume shipment.

3.      Based upon the production schedule, manage temporally member hiring with NECLE personnel manager as a part of the resource planning.

4.      Manage all production / quality administration including welfare, discipline, time keeping and training new staff.

5.      Working with a small dynamic team, you will be required to have a hands-on approach working closely the other Divisions (Warehouse, Forwarding & Sales, Administration).

6.      Effectively communicating with members of own division and other divisions’ staff to resolve quality issues.

7.      Analyzing and providing failure reports of defective goods.

8.      Provide weekly reports on production performance.

9.      Compilation of related departmental documentation including procedures and working instructions to meet the Quality Management System requirements.

10.   Any other duties as requested by top management.

Essential attributes   (necessary to perform competently, e.g. qualifications/ competences):

·     Good working knowledge of electrical devices (mainly computer-related).

·           Previous experience of Production and Quality supervision.

·           Experience of working within a Customization / Configuration environment.

·     Good organisational and communicative skills.

·     Knowledge of quality control in practice and in more theoretical terms (QC chart/data collection & analysis). 

Desirable attributes:

·          Previous knowledge or experience in a customer service role.

·         Experience of working for a Japanese company.

Other relevant information:

·     Must be able to make decisions, be self-motivated and have a logical approach to

       problem solving.

·    The current working site is Lijnden, within a few months move to Hoofddorp.

·    Must have good skill to speak and read/write English on top of the mother language

  (Dutch).

NEC Logistics Europe B.V. is a Japanese company established in September 2002 that belongs to the world-wide NEC group.

Verantwoordelijkheden en taken:

1.      Ontwikkeling en handhaving van het systeem voor kwaliteitsbewaking. Zorgen dat alle kwaliteitssystemen, procedures en beleidslijnen worden gevolgd.

2.      Dagelijks management van het Produktie- en Kwaliteitspersoneel zodat de doelstellingen voor produktie / kwaliteit en volume bereikt worden.

3.      Inhuren van tijdelijk personeel, gebaseerd op het produktieprogramma, in samenwerking met de NECLE HR manager.

4.      Beheer van alle produktie- / kwaliteit-gerelateerde administratie, inclusief welzijn, discipline, tijdbeheer en opleiding van nieuw personeel.

5.      Werkend in een klein, dynamisch team, zult u een hands-on benadering moeten hebben en nauw samenwerken met de andere afdelingen (Warehouse, Forwarding & Sales, Administration).

6.      Effectief communiceren met medewerkers van eigen afdeling en andere afdelingen om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen.

7.      Het analyseren en verstrekken van rapporten over defekte goederen.

8.      Wekelijkse rapporten over produktie-prestaties.

9.      Compilatie van aanverwante afdelingsdocumentatie inclusief procedures en werkinstructies om aan de vereisten van het Kwaliteits Management Systeem te voldoen.

10.   Alle bijkomende werkzaamheden indien gevraagd door management.
